Q: Do you ship globally?

Yes we do ^^ 

On our easylockpetsotre, we mainly ship to European countries, and offer a flat shipping rate of 18 USD, for orders above 99 USD, we offer free shipping within the EU. 

Q: What if I am located in the US?

If you are from the US, for better purchasing experience: please check our other site: easylocksmart.com

Q: What if I am located neither in the EU nor the US?

For dog parents located in neither the EU nor the US, depending on where you are from, the shipping rate is from 15-35 USD, which will be calculated automatically when you check out. 

Please notice that we are not responsible for any custom-related fee, please confirm before your order ^^

Returns FQA

Having issues with your orders? We understand and got your back ^^ We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Before you apply for the return, please make sure the product is brand new, unwashed, and hair-free. EASYLOCK will not return any broken or worm out products.

Therefore, in order to save you money and time, we recommend you make sure about the size before your order. You are welcome to check our size chart before you order. 

After you get our products,  we recommend you to try the product indoor ^^

Please note that only the products purchased through this website is applied to this Returns policy. Any products with EASYLOCK trade mark purchased outside of this website, please contact your seller and check the sellers’ returns policy.

Q: What is the process of return?

Before you start the process, please make sure the product is brand new, unwashed, and hair-free. 

 Send the product to our warehouse in the EU with a trackable express;

Send us an email with the tracking number and if possible the reason you would like to return the payment or the design or size you would like to exchange.

After the return product is received, inspected and proved by the condition above, please allow us to take 2-5 business days for processing.

Q: Where should I send the product to

Q: How long will it take for the return or exchanges?

2-5 business days for processing will be needed after your return is received, inspected, and approved by the above conditions. 

For a payment return, credit will be applied to your original form of payment usually within 24-48 hours.

For an exchange, please email us at orders@easylockpetstore.com to ensure the stock situation about the design or size you would like to excange to.

EXCLUSIONS: any product that is broken or very dirty will not be returnable. (Please try it indoor.)

Q: Will EASYLOCK cover the shipping for the returns or exchanges?

Please notice that we will not be responsible for any shipping cost or credit processing fee for any return or exchange.
